Outbound Tele Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to members to promote and arrange virtual appointments

• Explain the advantages of scheduling virtual appointments and how they improve members' healthcare experiences

• Utilize persuasive methods to motivate members to book appointments

• Respond to member inquiries and concerns regarding virtual services

• Keep comprehensive records of calls, member feedback, and scheduled appointments in the CRM system

• Follow up with members, external entities, and providers

• Address member and provider inquiries promptly to meet service and quality objectives

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet weekly and monthly scheduling goals

• Stay updated on healthcare services and offerings

• Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards when managing member information

• Ability to connect with customers on a personal level to foster emotional engagement and advocacy

• Capability to simplify complex information and coordinate internal efforts to provide an excellent customer experience

• Comfort in a telephone-intensive work environment

• Enthusiasm for contributing to an organization dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)

• Experience in telephonic sales (inbound, outbound) (preferred)

• Knowledge of value-based primary care and/or Medicare Advantage (preferred)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, able to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages without assistance (preferred)

• Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps required for home internet

• Designated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information
