Outbound Supplier Enablement Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into MineralTree’s virtual card payment program through extensive outbound outreach.

• Inform suppliers about the advantages of accepting virtual card payments and joining the payment network.

• Identify and address objections by employing active listening, consultative dialogue, and professional communication.

• Assist suppliers through the enrollment process while providing an outstanding customer experience.

• Accurately and efficiently gather and validate supplier information.

• Surpass weekly and monthly goals for enrollment, performance, and quality assurance.

• Manage outbound calling activities with limited supervision.

• Provide cross-training and support for additional roles within Payment Optimization and Payment Operations.

• Assess business processes and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Assist in onboarding and training of new team members.

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or customer engagement.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong skills in presentation and relationship-building.

• Customer-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.

• High levels of energy, accountability, and self-motivation.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and resourcefulness.

• Ability to handle objections and influence outcomes through consultative conversations.

• Strong integrity and professionalism.

• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Eagerness to contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.

• B2B sales experience is an advantage.

• Familiarity with virtual card, ePayables, commercial card, merchant processing, payments, procurement, or fintech industries is a plus.

• Experience in high-volume outbound calling environments is a plus.

• Knowledge of supplier enablement, payment optimization, or accounts payable solutions is an advantage.

• Experience mentoring or training new team members is a plus.

• Must complete a drug test if conditionally offered employment while working in the United States.
