Outbound Logistics Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Onboard, mentor, assess, and continually enhance the skills of team members.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and highly organized workspace in accordance with GDP guidelines and 5S principles.

• Direct operations based on both qualitative and quantitative KPIs, such as delivery times, error rates, and productivity levels.

• Work together with management and fellow team leads on ongoing improvements, resource allocation, and job rotation initiatives.

• Cultivate a quality-focused team to guarantee that essential medications are delivered to patients safely and punctually.

• Handle e-prescriptions and process over 16 million items each year in a highly automated logistics facility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's level thinking/working capability (HBO) or proven equivalent experience in logistics.

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a logistics setting.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical field or other highly regulated industries is a significant advantage.

• Proficient communication skills in English.

• Strong command of either Dutch or German.

• A structured, goal-oriented mindset that excels under pressure or in dynamic environments.

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.

• Openness to participate in job rotation across various areas.
