
Outbound Enrollment Specialist – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach to eligible participants in the program.
• Present Scene services and enroll patients in a comprehensive medication adherence and lifestyle-change program.
• Interact with patient prospects through phone, text, and email, primarily focusing on outbound calls and texts.
• Assess patient needs and align them with appropriate programs and services based on insurance benefits and health requirements.
• Utilize empathetic listening skills to effectively manage frustrated or escalated patient calls.
• Assist patients throughout the enrollment process by providing motivational support and demonstrating technical proficiency.
• Maintain patient demographic data within Salesforce.
• Address objections, inquiries, and technical challenges during the onboarding process.
• Aid with app downloads, setup, troubleshooting, profile creation, and video testing.
• Connect patients with essential healthcare resources, including primary care providers, laboratories, pharmacies, and health plan benefits.
• Keep comprehensive records of patient interactions, enrollment progress, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Scene management to set and achieve performance goals.
• Adapt to changing services and processes as needed.
• Provide insights regarding patient challenges and suggest process enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with patients and the Care Team, which includes nurses, pharmacists, and managers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health education, patient engagement, or a related healthcare position.
• Background in health coaching, public health, or community health initiatives.
• Experience in patient enrollment, onboarding, sales, or a call center setting.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to engage in warm, empathetic dialogues.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in conducting outreach through phone, SMS, and video communication channels.
• Capacity to simplify complex health concepts in a motivating manner.
• Proficient in using database systems and mobile applications.
• Availability on weekends.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not offered.
• Preferred: Certification as a health coach, medical assistant, community health worker, pharmacy technician, or a similar healthcare role.
• Preferred: Experience working directly with individuals covered by Medicaid.
• Preferred: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Must be available for shifts from 12pm to 8pm ET, including weekends.
