Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Undergo comprehensive training

• Become a member of one of four MDS teams representing designated clients

• Make calls for 4–8 different clients over the course of an 8-hour shift utilizing predictive dialing technology

• Complete around 16–24 calls per hour, averaging 20–30 seconds of downtime between calls

• Engage positively, energetically, and enthusiastically with donors and potential donors using approved client scripts

• Secure financial contributions on behalf of clients

• Adhere to minimum fundraising and productivity standards

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a solid employment history demonstrating long-term stability

• A reliable wired internet connection

• A quiet home workspace free from typical household distractions

• Basic proficiency in computer skills

• A strong commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit initiatives

• A willingness to learn
