Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Undergo comprehensive training.

• Be placed in one of four MDS “Teams” responsible for outreach on behalf of a defined group of MDS clients.

• Engage with 4-8 different clients throughout an 8-hour workday, utilizing predictive dialing technology.

• Interact with donors and potential donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner by following a carefully crafted and client-approved script.

• Secure financial contributions from donors and potential donors on behalf of our clients.

• Meet minimum fundraising and productivity standards.

• A minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a solid employment history demonstrating long-term stability.

• A reliable wired internet connection.

• A quiet home workspace free from typical household distractions.

• Basic computer proficiency.
