
Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Engage in comprehensive training sessions.
• Be allocated to one of four MDS teams representing a designated group of MDS clients.
• Conduct calls for 4–8 different clients throughout an 8-hour shift utilizing predictive dialing technology.
• Complete around 16–24 calls each hour, averaging 20–30 seconds between calls.
• Interact with donors and potential donors using a client-approved script.
• Secure financial contributions on behalf of clients.
• Adhere to minimum fundraising and productivity standards.
• A minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a solid overall employment history with long-term stability.
• A reliable wired internet connection.
• A quiet home workspace free from typical household distractions.
• Fundamental computer skills.
• A commitment to and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit initiatives.
• A willingness to learn.
• Persistence in achieving goals.
• Respect for the company's Christian values; sharing those beliefs is not mandatory.
