Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Participate in comprehensive training sessions

• Be allocated to one of four MDS teams representing a designated group of MDS clients

• Conduct calls for 4–8 different clients throughout an 8-hour workday utilizing predictive dialing technology

• Manage roughly 16–24 completed calls each hour

• Engage with donors and potential donors using a script approved by the client

• Secure financial contributions on behalf of clients

• Meet minimum fundraising and productivity standards

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a solid employment background demonstrating long-term stability

• Reliable wired internet connection

• A quiet home workspace free from typical household distractions

• Basic computer proficiency

• A strong commitment and passion for charitable and non-profit initiatives

• Willingness to acquire new skills
