Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Undergo comprehensive training.

• Be allocated to one of four MDS teams representing a designated group of MDS clients.

• Conduct calls for 4–8 different clients throughout an 8-hour workday using predictive dialing technology.

• Manage approximately 16–24 completed calls per hour, with an average interval of 20–30 seconds between calls.

• Interact positively, engagingly, and enthusiastically with donors and potential donors using a client-approved script.

• Obtain financial contributions from donors and prospective donors on behalf of clients.

• Uphold minimum fundraising and productivity standards.

• A minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a solid general employment history with long-term stability.

• A reliable wired internet connection.

• A quiet home workspace free from typical household distractions.

• Basic proficiency in computer skills.

• A strong commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit missions represented.

• A willingness to learn.

• Persistence in achieving goals.
