Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Undergo comprehensive training.

• Be allocated to one of four MDS “Teams” that represents a designated group of MDS clients.

• Conduct calls for 4-8 different clients throughout an 8-hour workday, utilizing predictive dialing technology.

• Engage with donors and potential donors in a positive, captivating, and enthusiastic manner, following a carefully approved script by our clients.

• Obtain financial contributions from donors and prospects on behalf of our clients.

• Meet minimum fundraising and productivity standards.

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment history demonstrating long-term stability.

• A reliable wired internet connection.

• A quiet home workspace free from typical household distractions.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• A strong commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit causes we represent.

• A willingness to learn.

• Persistence.
