
Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Receive comprehensive training.
• Become a member of one of four teams representing assigned MDS clients.
• Make calls for 4–8 different nonprofit clients throughout an 8-hour workday utilizing predictive dialing technology.
• Complete around 16–24 calls each hour, averaging 20–30 seconds of downtime between calls.
• Interact positively, engagingly, and with enthusiasm with donors and potential donors using scripts approved by the client.
• Obtain financial contributions on behalf of nonprofit clients.
• Uphold minimum fundraising and productivity standards.
• A minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a solid general employment history demonstrating long-term stability.
• A reliable wired internet connection.
• A quiet workspace at home, free from typical household disturbances.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills.
• A strong commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and nonprofit initiatives.
• A willingness to learn.
• Persistence in pursuing goals.
• Respect for the company’s Christian values and a faith-based environment.
• Must maintain sobriety and be dedicated to supporting recovery efforts.
