Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Make proactive outbound calls to current healthcare members to promote the online mobile application.

• Inform members about the app's features and wellness advantages, including scheduling appointments, viewing test results, and receiving medication reminders.

• Assist members in downloading and registering for the app via phone.

• Offer basic troubleshooting assistance.

• Conduct sensitive health discussions with empathy, professionalism, and a strict commitment to privacy standards.

• Record interactions, download conversions, and member feedback in the healthcare CRM system.

• Ensure HIPAA compliance and fulfill company quality metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a dedicated, quiet, distraction-free home office environment.

• A stable internet connection and a reliable power source are mandatory.

• Must be highly comfortable using smartphones and applications.

• Ability to guide users through digital steps, especially those who may not be tech-savvy.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a call center setting.

• At least 1 year of outbound calling experience, including telemarketing, outbound sales, or proactive collections/outreach.

• Excellent verbal communication skills, patience, active listening, and a friendly, professional phone demeanor.

• Strong knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn and uphold, HIPAA privacy regulations.

• Must be available to work primary shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST, 6 days a week, including Saturdays.
