Outbound Agent – Portuguese Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Proactively engage with customers over the phone

• Assess customers’ needs and expectations

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities

• Adaptable with a quick learning capability

• Proficient in standard user applications and good computer skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Must be available to work shifts from 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

• A reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps is essential for remote work eligibility

• Proficiency in the Portuguese language is required
