OTM Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop “to-be” business process designs that fulfill customer needs and facilitate dynamic freight management.

• Execute configuration of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) based on client specifications.

• Collaborate with the customer manager to ensure timely delivery of solutions within budget, aligned with defined business requirements.

• Conduct solution design, which includes guiding other team members and identifying strategies to mitigate project-related challenges.

• Define the scope independently and implement smaller-scale solutions for clients.

• Conduct business process and functional audits, recommending enhancements for OTM/GTM utilization.

• Create test scripts and conduct testing for OTM/GTM applications.

• Provide training to end users.

• Support analysis and tool development aimed at enhancing transportation planning at both operational and tactical levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems.

• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain.

• 2-3 years of experience with OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) and GTM (Global Trade Management).

• Exceptional writing and communication skills are required.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Capacity to learn quickly.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
