OTA Contract Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on available OTAs to identify the most suitable options for various client projects.

• Monitor project timelines and technical objectives to ensure that investments stay on track.

• Collaborate with university laboratories, suppliers, and subcontractors to form effective teams for large-scale projects.

• Evaluate government requests to confirm that proposals adhere to specific OTA regulations instead of standard FAR guidelines.

• Oversee contractual negotiations with OTAs.

• Assist in delivering impactful technical solutions and analytical evaluations for national security and submarine acquisition initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–4 years of experience with OTA agreements or defense consortiums like ATI or NSTXL.

• Proficient in organizing and refining business proposals and technical documentation.

• Capability to swiftly grasp new, intricate technical concepts and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or a relevant discipline.

• Must possess, or be able to obtain and maintain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• Active Secret clearance is strongly preferred.
