OSP Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer support for outside plant projects within a designated geographic region.

• Compile records, statistics, and reports related to Outside Plant operations.

• Assist Outside Plant Engineering and/or Construction teams to ensure timely, on-scope, and budget-friendly project completion.

• Oversee and manage project scope, budget, timeline, installation, and integration processes.

• Gather and verify essential data for outside plant engineering and construction activities.

• Review project documentation to confirm data completeness and accuracy.

• Help in the preparation of records, statistics, and reports concerning outside plant functions.

• Ensure data integrity of tools related to outside plant operations.

• Assess and suggest improvements to methods and procedures within the assigned responsibility area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in utility construction – AND/OR - engineering.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities at once.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, with the capacity to learn new tools (e.g., GIS, UTS, Clarity, etc.) as they are introduced.

• Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.

• Highly organized, self-driven, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge or experience with SAP.

• At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications.

• Familiarity with project management principles.
