OSP Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer project support for outside plant operations within a designated geographic region.

• Compile records, statistics, and reports pertaining to Outside Plant activities.

• Assist Outside Plant Engineering and/or Construction to guarantee projects are finalized within the established timeline, scope, and budget.

• Oversee and manage project scope, budget, timeline, installation, and integration.

• Gather and validate data necessary for executing outside plant engineering and construction tasks.

• Review project documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.

• Help in creating records, statistics, and reports related to outside plant functions.

• Ensure the integrity of data within outside plant-related tools.

• Assess and suggest improvements to methods and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree (or higher) -OR- a minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in utility construction – AND/OR - engineering.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities at the same time.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new tools (e.g., GIS, UTS, Clarity, etc.) as they are introduced.

• Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.

• Well-organized, self-driven, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge of/experience with SAP.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecommunications.

• Exposure to project management principles.
