OSP Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer project support for outside plant initiatives within a designated geographic region.

• Compile records, statistics, and reports related to Outside Plant operations.

• Collaborate with Outside Plant Engineering and/or Construction to ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget project completion.

• Oversee and manage project scope, budget, timelines, installation, and integration processes.

• Gather and validate data necessary for the completion of outside plant engineering and construction activities.

• Review project documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.

• Assist in the preparation of records, statistics, and reports concerning outside plant operations.

• Ensure the integrity of data within tools related to outside plant functions.

• Assess and propose improvements to methods and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree (or higher) -OR- at least 2 years of professional work experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in utility construction – AND/OR - engineering.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities at once.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn new tools (e.g., GIS, UTS, Clarity, etc.) as they become available.

• Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.

• Organized, self-directed, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge of/experience with SAP.

• At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications.

• Experience or exposure to project management.
