Orvoslátogató – Medical Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Managing and developing relationships with retail and wholesale partners through regular, planned visits.

• Ensuring optimal product distribution, availability, and visibility at designated sales points.

• Executing direct sales activities and achieving defined sales and distribution objectives.

• Maintaining ongoing communication with clients, providing product and commercial information, and ensuring accurate documentation and customer records.

• Monitoring customer payment terms and receivables, tracking outstanding and overdue invoices in accordance with corporate procedures.

• Coordinating and updating customer lists in collaboration with the direct supervisor, as well as recommending adjustments to commercial terms where necessary.

• Timely preparation and submission of reports, analyses, and proposals related to sales activities in compliance with the specified reporting requirements.

• Actively participating in corporate training programs to continuously enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance awareness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.

• Experience in the ophthalmic (optometric) sector is an advantage.

• Higher education degree in a health-related field (BSc or MSc).

• Qualified pharmaceutical representative or professional with a scientific background.

• Fluent in Hungarian and English.

• Ability to communicate with healthcare partners with varying levels of professional knowledge.

• English proficiency at least at a level necessary for internal communication (A2/B1).

• Valid category B driving license.

• Capability to work independently, collaboratively, and across multiple disciplines.
