Organic Content Marketer

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive organic strategy for partner brands, guiding prospects from initial awareness to final conversion.

• Develop scripts and storyboards for both short- and long-form video content.

• Create compelling copy that drives conversions.

• Design visual elements such as carousels and thumbnails using Canva.

• Stay updated on creator trends and platform changes to keep a steady stream of innovative, high-performing content ideas.

• Build and expand email lists.

• Compose newsletters.

• Implement ManyChat comment-to-DM automations for lead capture and nurturing.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, scripting, and design processes while preserving brand voice and quality standards.

• Monitor performance metrics across channels to discern effective strategies and scale them accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in growing organic social media channels and personal brands, particularly for creators, educators, or industry experts.

• In-depth knowledge of Meta (Instagram/Facebook), LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.

• Outstanding copywriting abilities with an emphasis on engaging hooks, storytelling, and direct response techniques.

• Proficient in Canva design and possess a solid understanding of video storyboarding.

• Comfortable analyzing data and utilizing insights to adjust or enhance content strategies.

• Ability to excel in fast-paced, early-stage environments and independently manage the organic growth engine.

• Nice to have: Experience with Substack and TikTok growth strategies.

• Nice to have: Advanced familiarity with ManyChat or similar automation platforms.

• Nice to have: Background in a high-growth startup or a creator-focused agency.
