Content Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the company’s Pinterest profile, which includes managing boards and publishing Pins.

• Create and uphold Pinterest content that aligns with the company’s branding and visual identity.

• Investigate Pinterest trends, audience behaviors, keywords, and potential content opportunities.

• Conduct market analysis to pinpoint target clients and relevant niches.

• Identify, research, and connect with influencers and content creators across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.

• Establish and maintain a pipeline of niche influencers and content creators.

• Write and publish blog posts along with other marketing materials.

• Develop and execute organic SEO strategies for website and blog content.

• Research relevant topics and keywords for blog content and organic marketing efforts.

• Facilitate marketing funnel expansion through content creation, organic search visibility, and influencer engagement.

• Track marketing activities and discover avenues for enhancing reach, engagement, and audience growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding English communication abilities, both written and verbal (C1 level minimum).

• Solid understanding of Pinterest and other social media platforms.

• Capability to manage boards, consistently create and publish Pins, and cultivate an organic following.

• Keen design sensibility and ability to produce content that aligns with an established brand kit and style guide.

• Experience in outreach to influencers and content creators on Instagram and TikTok.

• Proficient market research skills.

• Strong writing and content creation capabilities, including blog publishing.

• Familiarity with organic SEO and website content optimization for search engines.

• Ability to independently manage multiple marketing projects.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Fluent in English with outstanding teamwork abilities required.
