Oracle Fusion Service Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery and design workshops with business teams focused on service request and work-order processes.

• Create and configure Oracle Fusion Service, encompassing service requests, work orders, queues, assignment rules, and SLAs.

• Establish the customer self-service portal (Digital Customer Service).

• Develop functional designs, test scripts, and training materials.

• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for your area, and provide support during go-live and hypercare phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion Service (or Service Cloud) with at least 2 full implementations.

• Practical experience in setting up service requests, work orders, queues, and SLAs.

• Experience in functional design and conducting workshops with business users.

• Willingness to travel regularly to Dubai.

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
