📋 Description

• Oversee the functional assessment, redesign, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud for a healthcare organization.

• Evaluate the ORC architecture and revamp Candidate Selection Processes, requisition templates, automated job postings, and offer approval workflows.

• Customize recruitment workflows for both high-volume non-clinical positions and credential-intensive clinical roles.

• Improve career sites, recruiter dashboards, automated candidate communications, and interview scheduling processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize integrations with assessment, background verification, and credentialing vendors.

• Develop actionable OTBI/BIP reporting dashboards for talent acquisition leadership.

• Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions with clinical leaders.

• Manage design playback workshops effectively.

• Supervise User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Propel change enablement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated lead experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations or optimization projects post-go-live.

• Extensive functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, security profiles, Candidate Selection Process (CSP) configurations, and fast formulas.

• Experience in the healthcare industry with an understanding of clinical hiring requirements, Joint Commission/compliance standards, and credentialing workflows.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and client-facing consulting abilities.
