Oracle EPM, Hyperion Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Implement and enhance Oracle EPM solutions

• Develop corporate planning and budgeting processes

• Assist in forecasting, consolidation, and reporting tasks

• Collaborate with finance leaders and business stakeholders

• Facilitate workshops and sessions for gathering requirements

• Design and optimize EPM solution architecture

• Support large-scale finance transformation initiatives

• Execute hands-on configuration and architectural duties based on level of seniority

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Oracle Hyperion and/or Oracle EPM

• Background in one or more areas: Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Financial Reporting, Enterprise Performance Management, Forecasting, or Corporate Performance Management

• Solid understanding of finance and controlling processes

• Experience in collaborating with senior business stakeholders

• Capability to translate business requirements into solution designs

• Knowledge across the entire project lifecycle

• Proficient in English
