Oracle Cloud Test Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Supervise testing operations for extensive Oracle Cloud implementations

• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies

• Direct testing efforts across System Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Establish and execute testing methodologies alongside quality assurance processes

• Define and monitor testing metrics as well as test execution progress

• Oversee defect resolution and ensure testing readiness for production rollouts

• Confirm end-to-end business processes and system specifications

• Organize and guide quality engineers, client teams, and project stakeholders throughout testing phases

• Schedule testing activities and oversee project timelines

• Relay status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in leading testing projects, including System Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT

• More than 2 years of experience in planning project tasks and providing status reports to program stakeholders

• In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and defect management

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities

• Must be a US Citizen

• Possess work authorization that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States

• Experience with Payroll Parallel Testing (preferred)

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities (preferred)

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities (preferred)

• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EPM Cloud (preferred)

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud solutions (preferred)

• Background in supporting SOA integrations (preferred)

• Relevant Oracle Implementation Specialist certification (preferred)
