Oracle Cloud HCM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, test, and enhance Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas

• Work closely with business stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into technical solutions

• Configure, tailor, and support Fast Formulas across various Oracle HCM Cloud modules

• Diagnose and resolve intricate formula-related problems and system defects

• Assist with integrations, reporting, and analytics needs related to HCM processes

• Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and support resources

• Offer advice on best practices for Fast Formula development, performance enhancement, and deployment standards

• Facilitate unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in developing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, customization, and integration capabilities

• Experience in converting business requirements into technical designs and solutions

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complicated HCM formula and configuration challenges

• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience collaborating in cross-functional implementation and support teams

• U.S. Citizen

• Work authorization that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
