This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

• Oversee and enhance the complete hire-to-retire workflows within Oracle environments.

• Serve as the primary functional process leader on a daily basis.

• Evaluate Core Human Resource business processes and the configuration of legacy applications.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Optimize employee onboarding, access management, profile defaulting, assignment modifications, and termination protocols.

• Collect requirements from client human resources teams.

• Conduct fit/gap analysis.

• Document essential design decisions and outline future-state business processes.

• Ascertain suitable Oracle Cloud configurations.

• Develop functional design specification documents for relevant RICE objects.

• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams on data migration, system integration, and compliance with regulations.

• Diagnose and resolve issues effectively.

• Provide expert consultation on H2R processes.

• Convert business requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

• Configure and deploy Oracle Cloud Core HR modules.

• Assist end-users with training, documentation, and enhancements to processes.

• Engage in system testing, data validation, and quality assurance activities.

• Keep abreast of Oracle Cloud HCM best practices and application functionalities.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Core HR.

• Must be a U.S. Person.

• Familiarity with process automation tools, data mapping techniques, and workflow optimization methods.

• Background in large-scale Oracle implementations.

• Experience in process documentation.

• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.

• Work authorization that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States.
