Oracle Apps Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain components of Oracle E‑Business Suite R12.

• Develop and adjust Rice Components as necessary.

• Create and sustain PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.

• Customize and develop Forms, OAF pages, and ADF components when applicable.

• Troubleshoot and modify workflows using Workflow Builder.

• Design and establish interfaces between Oracle EBS and third-party/external systems.

• Execute data migration and conversion utilizing SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle standard tools.

• Address data inconsistencies and reconciliation challenges.

• Provide production support that includes issue analysis, bug resolution, and performance tuning.

• Analyze and rectify failures in concurrent programs, performance issues, and database-related errors.

• Monitor and optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL programs for peak performance.

• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business users to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Ensure compliance with Oracle standards regarding performance, scalability, and overall functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite R12.

• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.

• Practical experience with Oracle Reports.

• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, including XML and RTF templates.

• Familiarity with interfaces and APIs.

• Experience with concurrent programs.

• Solid understanding of Oracle EBS architecture.

• Proficient in Unix/Linux shell scripting.

• Knowledge of Oracle database objects and performance tuning techniques.
