Operations Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist the License Owner in enhancing Stranger Soccer’s visibility in Houston, Texas by providing operational support, engaging with customers, and executing digital marketing initiatives.

• Address customer service inquiries and facilitate daily back-office operations.

• Support various operational tasks and administrative updates as required.

• Ensure availability and operational assistance within the CST/CDT time zone.

• Utilize ChatGPT or similar tools to facilitate prompt, clear, and courteous customer interactions.

• Maintain open and consistent communication with users and players.

• Produce basic social media content, including videos, posts, and captions.

• Aid in managing and updating social media accounts.

• Help sustain online presence and foster community engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in operations, sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.

• Fundamental understanding of social media content creation and management.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Conversational to fluent proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken).

• Must be responsible, responsive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.

• A keen interest in football is a significant advantage!

• This role is entirely virtual.

• Working hours will be aligned with the operational requirements of US Central Time (CST/CDT).
