Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee inventory levels, anticipate replenishment requirements, and manage product reorder processes.

• Detect and address inventory-related issues to avoid sales losses.

• Administer and refresh Amazon product listings, including images, descriptions, keywords, and product details.

• Resolve listing errors, missing images, and products that are not properly displayed.

• Enhance product visibility and ensure listings comply with Amazon's standards.

• Monitor the health of the Amazon account and tackle policy or compliance challenges.

• Identify and rectify restricted, suppressed, or inactive product listings.

• Keep up-to-date with Amazon's policies to maintain account compliance.

• Initiate and manage Amazon Seller Support cases concerning listings, inventory, and account issues.

• Ensure consistent follow-up until all issues are resolved.

• Investigate stranded, damaged, unavailable, or misclassified inventory.

• Collaborate with Amazon Support to resolve inventory discrepancies and recover inventory where feasible.

• Recognize recurring issues and contribute to process improvements to prevent future occurrences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience in the backend of Amazon Seller Central is REQUIRED.

• Knowledge of Amazon product listings, inventory management, and seller account operations.

• Comprehension of Amazon FBA and fulfillment processes.

• Experience navigating Seller Central, troubleshooting problems, and liaising with Amazon Support.

• Strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and capacity to handle multiple priorities.

• Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and other business tools.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with an Amazon-based e-commerce brand (bonus).

• Familiarity with Amazon listing optimization, product variations, and account health (bonus).

• Experience in inventory forecasting and shipment coordination (bonus).
