Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee inventory levels, anticipate replenishment requirements, and manage product reordering.

• Detect and address inventory challenges to avert lost sales opportunities.

• Administer and refresh Amazon product listings, including images, descriptions, keywords, and relevant product details.

• Resolve listing errors, missing images, and improperly displayed products.

• Enhance product visibility and ensure that listings comply with Amazon's standards.

• Monitor the health of the Amazon account and address any policy or compliance concerns.

• Rectify restricted, suppressed, or inactive product listings.

• Stay updated on Amazon's policies to maintain the account in good standing.

• Initiate and manage Amazon Seller Support cases related to listings, inventory, and account challenges.

• Ensure consistent follow-up until all issues are resolved.

• Examine stranded, damaged, unavailable, or misclassified inventory.

• Collaborate with Amazon Support to resolve inventory discrepancies and recover inventory when feasible.

• Identify recurring challenges and contribute to enhancing processes to prevent them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience with the backend of Amazon Seller Central is REQUIRED.

• Familiarity with Amazon product listings, inventory management, and seller account operations.

• Knowledge of Amazon FBA and fulfillment processes.

• Experience with navigating Seller Central, troubleshooting issues, and interacting with Amazon Support.

• Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and other business tools.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with an Amazon-based e-commerce brand is an advantage.

• Understanding of Amazon listing optimization, product variations, and account health is a plus.

• Background in inventory forecasting and shipment coordination is an asset.
