Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee inventory levels, predict replenishment requirements, and coordinate product reorders.

• Detect and address inventory issues to avoid lost sales opportunities.

• Manage and refresh Amazon product listings, including images, descriptions, keywords, and product details.

• Troubleshoot listing errors, missing images, and products that are not displaying accurately.

• Enhance product visibility and ensure that listings comply with Amazon's standards.

• Monitor the health of the Amazon account and tackle any policy or compliance concerns.

• Rectify restricted, suppressed, or inactive product listings.

• Initiate and manage Amazon Seller Support cases regarding listings, inventory, and account issues.

• Follow up diligently until all issues are resolved.

• Investigate stranded, damaged, unavailable, or misclassified inventory.

• Collaborate with Amazon Support to address inventory discrepancies and recover inventory whenever feasible.

• Recognize recurring problems and assist in enhancing processes to avert them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience working in the backend of Amazon Seller Central is REQUIRED.

• Familiarity with Amazon product listings, inventory management, and seller account operations.

• Understanding of Amazon FBA and fulfillment procedures.

• Experience navigating Seller Central, troubleshooting issues, and interacting with Amazon Support.

• Strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and other business tools.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working for an Amazon-based e-commerce brand (bonus).

• Knowledge of Amazon listing optimization, product variations, and account health (bonus).

• Experience with inventory forecasting and shipment coordination (bonus).
