Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee inventory levels, anticipate restocking needs, and manage product reorder processes.

• Detect and address inventory challenges to avert lost sales opportunities.

• Administer and refresh Amazon product listings, which encompass images, descriptions, keywords, and detailed product information.

• Resolve listing discrepancies, including errors, missing images, and products that fail to display accurately.

• Enhance product visibility and ensure that listings comply with Amazon's standards.

• Supervise Amazon account health and tackle policy or compliance concerns.

• Identify and rectify restricted, suppressed, or inactive product listings.

• Keep abreast of Amazon's policies to maintain the account's good standing.

• Initiate and manage Amazon Seller Support cases related to listings, inventory, and account-related issues.

• Provide consistent follow-ups until resolutions are achieved.

• Investigate stranded, damaged, unavailable, or misclassified inventory.

• Collaborate with Amazon Support to settle inventory discrepancies and recover inventory whenever feasible.

• Recognize recurring issues and contribute to process enhancements to prevent future occurrences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience in the backend of Amazon Seller Central is REQUIRED.

• Familiarity with Amazon product listings, inventory management, and seller account operations.

• Understanding of Amazon FBA and fulfillment processes.

• Experience navigating Seller Central, troubleshooting problems, and communicating with Amazon Support.

• Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to handle multiple priorities.

• Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and various business tools.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience with an Amazon-based e-commerce brand (bonus).

• Knowledge of Amazon listing optimization, product variations, and account health (bonus).

• Experience with inventory forecasting and shipment coordination (bonus).
