Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee inventory levels, predict replenishment needs, and manage product reorder processes.

• Detect and resolve inventory-related issues to avoid lost sales opportunities.

• Handle and refresh Amazon product listings, including images, descriptions, keywords, and detailed product information.

• Address listing errors, missing images, and incorrectly displayed products effectively.

• Enhance product visibility while ensuring listings comply with Amazon's standards.

• Monitor the health of Amazon accounts and tackle any policy or compliance challenges.

• Rectify restricted, suppressed, or inactive product listings promptly.

• Initiate and manage Amazon Seller Support cases concerning listings, inventory, and account matters.

• Persistently follow up until all issues are fully resolved.

• Investigate stranded, damaged, unavailable, or misclassified inventory items.

• Collaborate with Amazon Support to address inventory discrepancies and recover items whenever possible.

• Recognize recurring issues and assist in improving processes to mitigate them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience working within the backend of Amazon Seller Central is REQUIRED.

• Acquainted with Amazon product listings, inventory management, and seller account operations.

• Knowledge of Amazon FBA and fulfillment processes is essential.

• Experience navigating Seller Central, troubleshooting problems, and liaising with Amazon Support.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.

• Proficient in utilizing Excel, Google Sheets, and other business applications.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities.
