This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee all elements of planning and executing client patient adherence and medical education initiatives.
β’ Ensure projects are finalized on schedule, within budget constraints, and to the satisfaction of the client.
β’ Maintain communication with clients and customer leadership regarding assigned programs and projects.
β’ Develop and implement strategies that align with client objectives.
β’ Summarize and communicate client action items and issues to internal teams.
β’ Manage program-related communications for educators, clients, and customer leadership.
β’ Create and revise project timelines, monitor progress and contingencies, and drive projects forward.
β’ Organize and lead internal and external status meetings and updates through live, web conference, and telephone formats.
β’ Perform data analysis and quality assurance in alignment with strategic objectives.
β’ Develop, implement, and deploy process efficiencies while identifying opportunities for improvement.
β’ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration on projects.
β’ Direct change and issue management with a focus on detail.
β’ Manage risk and uphold quality standards.
β’ Oversee vendor and partner relationships, content creation and approval, data analysis, and reporting.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
β’ PMP certification is preferred.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
β’ Experience in account management and client services.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Highly adaptable and flexible, capable of managing multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
β’ Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly accurate with strong organizational and customer service skills.
β’ Ability to distinguish between executional priorities, scopes of services, and contract implications of various projects and workstreams.
β’ Capability to conceptualize projects from start to finish, understanding both the big picture and the necessary details to achieve desired outcomes; adept at managing ambiguity.
β’ Proactive in identifying potential issues, risks, and concerns related to implementation, along with recommending solutions.
β’ Proven leadership skills across multiple stakeholders and functional areas (both internal and external).
β’ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
β’ Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
β’ Ability to communicate effectively (hear, listen, speak) with or without reasonable accommodations.
β’ Some travel required.
