This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand Lyra Health’s Systems Architecture team within Provider Core Ops Systems Implementation.

• Act as the direct manager of an operational team in Provider Core Ops.

• Create tactical plans for the team, assign tasks, drive performance based on service-line metrics, and foster team culture and career growth.

• Lead the operational strategy for intricate tool integrations and data pipelines.

• Guarantee system stability, scalability, and high data integrity across platforms that interface with providers.

• Collaborate with leadership from Product, Salesforce Development, Clinical, Engineering, and Operations.

• Identify risks, resolve departmental conflicts, and eliminate execution obstacles.

• Develop, prioritize, and modify team roadmaps in alignment with Provider Core Ops objectives.

• Manage medium to large cross-functional projects from inception to delivery.

• Track operational health metrics and assess platform performance.

• Identify automation opportunities to guide long-term infrastructure investments.

• Convert Clinical and Operations strategies into actionable technical plans.

• Address cross-departmental bottlenecks and ensure smooth, sustainable data flows across systems that serve providers.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Operations Management, Systems Architecture, Business Operations, Program Management, or a related technical-ops role within a high-growth setting.

• Established history as a direct people manager.

• Proven success in creating operational roadmaps, effectively delegating tasks, and mentoring team members.

• Extensive experience with enterprise tool ecosystems such as Salesforce, Workday, Jira, Zendesk, and CredentialStream.

• Direct experience in managing multi-system data flows and integrations.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to balance detailed technical information with executive-level strategy while influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with operational metrics.

• Experience in optimizing system workflows.
