This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Establish, maintain, and oversee the local fiat business and its operations, which includes product localization and supporting the business with regulatory issues.

• Gather insights from local users and communities, alongside competitor analysis, to enhance the service offerings.

• Investigate partnership opportunities with local fiat stakeholders, blockchain and crypto communities, and industry associations to boost fiat visibility in the market.

• Cultivate additional fiat-related partnerships, encompassing fiat on-ramp providers and KYC vendors.

• Create and execute go-to-market strategies aimed at increasing fiat volumes, which includes content and promotional strategies.

• Foster robust relationships with regulators, banks, and payment partners.

• Stay informed about relevant regulations to offer strategic guidance.

• Drive local fiat growth and spearhead other business development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in a comparable position, managing a business unit, business development, or growth functions within a blockchain or crypto organization, financial institution, or bank.

• Profound knowledge of local communities and the crypto landscape.

• Strong work ethic coupled with a commitment to achieving results.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.

• A problem-solving orientation with a focus on outcomes.

• Enthusiasm for crypto and digital assets.

• Proficiency in both Russian and English is required.

• Kazakh language skills are highly preferred.
