Operations Manager, Offer Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of an operational process that assesses whether Joko users receive their entitled cashback.

• Create dashboards to oversee transaction tracking, rewards, system malfunctions, and user experience.

• Develop processes for merchant setups, which include cashback rates, qualifying purchases, and system integrations.

• Examine and resolve issues related to coupon payouts and merchant-matching challenges.

• Choose appropriate solutions such as AI automation, enhancements to internal Retool tools, or outsourced human resources.

• Supervise outsourced team members through briefing, training, and performance evaluation.

• Prioritize various operational challenges.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement structural improvements.

• Work with the commercial team to strengthen merchant relationships.

• Report directly to the Offer Operations Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 2–5 years of experience, preferably in Operations, Product, or a technical/data-focused setting.

• Authentic application of AI to automate repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency.

• A systems-oriented mindset towards operations.

• Familiarity with technical environments, tracking systems, APIs, and integrations.

• Analytical skills driven by data; capability to navigate dashboards, identify anomalies, and make decisions based on metrics.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A background from a top-tier engineering or business school.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Mastery of French is not a requirement.

• International experience and a double degree are advantageous.
