Operations Manager, Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Create and improve property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO strategies.

• Execute yield management and implement dynamic pricing strategies.

• Handle reservations and manage guest relations effectively.

• Address messages, manage check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Potentially mentor City Managers under your guidance and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Strong ability to persuade property owners and establish trust with them.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or relevant industries is advantageous.

• High level of motivation.
