Operations Manager, Airbnb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Create and refine property listings including photography, descriptions, and SEO strategies.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.

• Handle bookings and guest communications, including messaging, check-ins, and conflict resolution.

• Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Manage operations via the ALB platform and respond to inquiries from property owners in your locality.

• Optionally establish a team of City Managers under your guidance.

• Ability to effectively persuade property owners and establish trust.

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is advantageous.

• Self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously.

• Must possess independent contractor status.
