Operations Data Validation, Reconciliation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive root-cause analysis on discrepancies in operational reports related to Purchase Order Validations, Build Validations, Inbound vs. Outbound Validations, and Item Receipt Validations.

• Regularly review error logs and keep tracking updated in Asana.

• Document daily summaries that cover unresolved error counts, overall error rates, investigative conclusions, root causes, and any operational or technical obstacles.

• Identify, record, and escalate system flagging errors, including instances of false positives and false negatives.

• Work collaboratively with operations, inventory, and IT/systems teams to address systemic data issues and implement lasting solutions.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, data auditing, or systems reconciliation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for investigating complex data issues to uncover their root causes.

• Proficient in ERP/WMS systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management tools such as Asana.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset in communicating findings and obstacles.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate successfully across operations, inventory, and IT/systems teams.
