This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver professional, approachable, and compassionate customer support.

• Manage account-related and billing inquiries.

• Resolve common technical issues and assist customers in finding effective solutions.

• Clearly communicate products, services, and their features.

• Comprehend customer needs and propose suitable solutions.

• Address inquiries promptly while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Provide precise information and adhere to established quality standards.

• Maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude in every interaction.

• Collaborate with team members in a dynamic, international setting.

• Complete around 2 weeks of onboarding training conducted in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Castilian Spanish and Euskera/Basque.

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable utilizing technology, digital platforms, and online tools.

• Capacity to remain calm and empathetic when addressing customer issues.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new products, processes, and customer scenarios.

• Comfortable working within a diverse international team.

• Availability for a 24/7 rotational support schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, with 8 working hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break.

• Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Candidates must be eligible to work in Portugal; international applicants must be prepared to relocate to Portugal.
