Operations Customer Expert – Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Become part of an international customer service team dedicated to assisting a prominent online retailer.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email.

• Manage orders, deliveries, payments, and returns efficiently.

• Provide support to both sellers and customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch (native or C1+) and possess strong English skills (B2+).

• Must be residing in Portugal.

• Hold an EU work permit or be eligible to work in Portugal.

• Have a reliable internet connection and home setup suitable for remote work.

• Be adaptable to rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, 07:00–23:00).
