Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with 4th party Network Carriers to guarantee adherence to SOPs, enhance delivery performance, ensure timely billing, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Generate delivery tickets for incoming trucks and transmit them to Network Carriers via fax.

• Investigate and update orders on Restoration Hardware’s “Ready to be Scheduled” (RTBS) report; collaborate with Network Carriers to arrange order scheduling.

• Process Return Authorizations (RAs), RA Clarifications, Pending RAs, Not in iDirect RAs, and similar tasks for all locations.

• Manage the monthly Open RA report.

• Examine orders listed on the “Over 50” report by acquiring Proof of Delivery (POD) from Network Carriers or conducting follow-up surveys with customers to verify deliveries; update the system to enable client invoicing.

• Address pending invoice inquiries from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.

• Verify and update completion dates in iDirect for orders that have scheduled dates.

• Assist the Operations Supervisor in preparing return trucks.

• Act as a backup for the Operations Supervisor’s phone and email communications.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Background in operations (Logistics and/or Transportation).

• Must meet corporate competency model standards.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Capability to comprehend and adhere to work procedures.

• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Ability to cultivate professional relationships.

• Strong practical learning skills.

• A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience is required.

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
