Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of ICF’s utility-sponsored energy efficiency initiatives, with an emphasis on commercial building systems and energy-efficient technologies.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and disseminate best practices.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care.

• Perform analyses to pinpoint trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.

• Manage incoming project applications.

• Evaluate applications and submissions for adherence to program policies and procedures.

• Delegate applications for additional processing and assessment.

• Provide support for customer and contractor inquiries.

• Organize quality-control follow-ups on project inspections and customer feedback surveys.

• Aid in the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an Associate’s degree accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, written, communication, time management, and organizational abilities.

• Understanding of utility markets, particularly in energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets.

• Experience with Power BI or a comparable data visualization tool.

• Proficiency with SharePoint Lists and Power Automate.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
