Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and sustain weekly coaching schedules across various programs and regions throughout Canada.

• Arrange staffing allocations based on coach availability, qualifications, travel needs, and program requirements.

• Daily monitor schedule coverage and proactively detect potential staffing shortages.

• Quickly address last-minute coach cancellations, absences, and scheduling conflicts.

• Coordinate replacement personnel and operational modifications in real time to ensure seamless program delivery.

• Clearly communicate schedule updates and operational modifications to coaches, managers, schools, and partner organizations.

• Maintain precise scheduling records and workforce tracking systems.

• Assist with onboarding logistics and scheduling arrangements for new coaching staff.

• Collaborate closely with regional managers and leadership teams to guarantee operational efficiency and program excellence.

• Prior experience in operations coordination, workforce scheduling, logistics, dispatching, or staffing management.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.

• Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure environments.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and communication tools.

• Capacity to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience in sports, youth programming, education, or multi-site operations is advantageous.
