This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage benefits operations, encompassing scheme initiation, renewals, policy events, and relationships with insurers.

• Investigate and address customer support inquiries, delivering challenging news with clarity.

• Establish partnerships with insurers and brokers, including new carriers, markets, and supply relationships.

• Create financial models tailored for a non-standard SaaS business.

• Ensure compliance, risk management, and legal processes function smoothly within a regulated, multi-country framework.

• Develop functions related to people and talent.

• Lead business operations and strategy to guarantee the effective running of the company.

• Identify operational deficiencies and take responsibility for their resolution.

• Align candidates with current job openings where applicable; otherwise, maintain them in the talent pool for future prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding candidates in benefits operations, customer support, partnerships with insurers and brokers, finance, compliance, risk and legal, people and talent, business operations, strategy, chief of staff, or a related field.

• Capability to recognize gaps and independently address them.

• Relevant experience evidenced by what you have built, repaired, or transformed.

• Authorization to work in the country where the position is based without the need for visa sponsorship.
