Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the City Manager and a dedicated team.

• Oversee daily operations for a designated operational area.

• Emphasize inventory and revenue optimization.

• Ensure exceptional customer experience and service delivery.

• Assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.

• Relevant experience in areas such as hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, or inventory management.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Strong passion for customer service.

• Positive and friendly demeanor, with a team-oriented mindset.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma required.

• A strong interest in football is a significant advantage.

• Previous experience working abroad or with international organizations is a plus.

• Background in hospitality is an added benefit.

• Experience in Franchise Development or Support is advantageous.

• Working hours will be aligned with the operational timezone of the assigned region.
