Talent Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Gain a thorough understanding of the company, the role, and the screening criteria prior to engaging with candidates.

• Execute structured screening calls to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, interest, and overall fit for the position.

• Pose follow-up questions and maintain comprehensive evaluation notes.

• Update candidate records regularly and provide complete assessments to Account Managers.

• Oversee candidate follow-ups and manage updates related to the screening process.

• Achieve daily screening objectives while ensuring quality and precision.

• POD Leads mentor associates, oversee team workflows, and monitor the quality of delivery and screening processes.

• Commit to a 9-hour workday, 6 days a week, including one mandatory Sunday each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed graduation degree is required.

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.

• Current college students are not eligible for this position.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Confidence in facilitating discussions and posing relevant inquiries.

• Capacity to comprehend both technical and non-technical job specifications.

• Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and ability to document clearly.

• Eagerness to learn, implement feedback, and take responsibility for daily tasks.

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR operations is advantageous.

• Suitable for Senior Intern, Contractor/Consultant, or Full-Time POD Lead role levels.
