Operations Associate Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Review and verify employee loan information and documentation for precision and adherence to program standards.

• Ensure the integrity of data across various systems.

• Evaluate and validate plan account information and related documentation.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of materials submitted by participants and employers to guarantee that all data complies with operational and regulatory standards.

• Manage and address inquiries within the operations and support inbox, escalating issues when necessary.

• Collaborate with student loan servicers and financial institutions to rectify discrepancies, confirm payments, and uphold accurate account records.

• Assist with monthly invoicing processes, reconciling data to ensure precise billing and payment reporting.

• Work in close partnership with internal teams, including Client Services and Product, to enhance processes and foster client success.

• Maintain a strong focus on detail and follow established workflows to ensure consistent operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the operations field.

• Knowledge of the financial services sector.

• Experience with Zendesk.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for outreach and documentation.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and the capability to handle competing priorities.

• Eagerness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and grow within the position.

• Experience in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments is advantageous.
